Yes, smoking and alcohol consumption are big risk factors for cancer, but other than that, most cancers are not really avoidable. The majority of heart diseases are the direct result of overweight and/or a lack of exercise and/or working too much. Cancer and heart diseases are responsible for roughly the same amount of deaths, but it should be heart diseases, not cancer, where a change of behavior could prevent more deaths. So rationally thinking, the search interest for heart diseases should be at least as high as that for cancer...
