Not likely. Ownership might transfer to a new entity, or some such, but the company is probably fine.

It's pretty hard to make the argument that you weren't implicitly agreeing when you knew the terms of participating in society when you turned 18 and haven't sought to leave. You aren't entitled to stay anywhere or do anything just because you were born there. If your basis is contract theory then you've given consent by participating when you've been given a reasonable condition to not, i.e. leaving.

People would be, and are, alive without participating in a tax system though.

You aren't owed an alternative, you are owed a way to not engage in the contract.

Your argument might as well be "I only agreed to the apartment lease because there's no such place as "live for free". You aren't owed a place to live, you're owed an option to not engage with that manager.

"You havent left the country" is not consent to let government actors do whatever they want.

You have agreed by participating. You had an option to not participate, and you never took it. You can agree to a contract by your actions even if you never sign a document as long as there's a way out, and there is a reasonable way out.

You don't inherently have a right to be here because you were born here, you were given that right by the very contract that you say you haven't agreed to.
