FCC needs to immediately revoke their license, make them pull the show to get it back. Like, the national network
not kidding around with that one, that's grounds to take CBS off the air until they sort their shit out

Alex Jones does a radio show, its not real either. And yet, look at his legal woes
Broadcasting a message of "Assassinate President Trump", drawing attention to it with tweets to make sure everyone knows its not unintentional, and then broadcasting a clip explicitly inciting and justifying political violence, all at once.
That's literally a felony under 18 U.S. Code § 871.

the FCC threw a fit once because of Janet Jackson's tit being loose at the super bowl, and now they're broadcasting calls to assassinate a sitting president and commit unprovoked acts of political violence?

Alex Jones is not a satire radio show, he claims everything on his show is the truth, what kind of dumb comparison is this?
It's a fictional TV show.
