the election was decided in the privileged suburbs, the data in the end will likely show this. biden seems to have nicked enough votes in these areas, whereas just ‘at the moment’, aka 3 days after election day (here at least), the counting is from the city-area mail-in late votes.

which is a litte odd they get counted last, and people doing mailing in a ballot like on election day or the day before, when the local election precinct is likely walking distance away (i know this from living in a city)
