https://i.imgur.com/zv5Y8iV.pngcorrect. every single country that didn't make the list spends nothing on early childhood care. not a single dollar. meaning the US is actually incredibly generous, 16th best in the world in fact, which isn't even that bad, and certainly illustrates how much they care about children.
that's exactly how such info-graphics work. those lists are always exhaustive. it's not that the likes of canada and switzerland aren't on the list because of different funding streams or reporting practices, which would make it difficult to get accurate numbers, but simply because they hate children.
I mean, there's obviously a correct answer to this because embryos aren't equivalent to a child. No one serious has ever argued that.
Obviously the right calls fetuses babies to evoke an emotional response. The left calls a 5 month old fetus "a clump of cells" in order to remove any value that the fetus has. Once you admit that embryos, fetuses, etc. have ANY value, you open the door to abortion restrictions which the left doesn't want to do.
The question has, and always will be, how much value does an embryo/fetus have and does their right to life trump the right of bodily autonomy? There are many schools of thought and I imagine everyone has their own line both at an individual level and at a societal level.
