Assuming you mean Division, Equity, and Inclusion departments, I agree!
I have already stated earlier in this thread that having meeting about such matters is ineffective.
My belief is that these meeting are used as punishment against a group instead of a problematic individual. And, it would be more effective and efficient to hold a bigoted person personally accountable, while allowing the rest of the group to continue on with their workday instead.

In case you didn't realize, don't say gay is the topic of this thread that you are commenting under. Maybe it's your focus that is in the wrong place.

Many people here have disagreed with me here and I have yet to be mad about that.
This is a forum for political debate after all, and I expect people to disagree with me.

Others have insisted that I was "mad" "upset", or even" "triggered". But I actually am not!
It seems like a tactic being used against me to shut down the conversation.
