sweeping molesters under the rug has nothing to do with supporting molestation, its to maintain the façade of the church. if people doubt the clergy they wont send kids to private schools, bible study, choir, etc.

for every case of a kiddy diddler covering for another diddler there's 100 cases of non diddlers sweeping diddlers and other crimes under the rug for the church. still gross but....

Unfortunately, you don't know. 99% of churches/mosques/synagogues/etc. never see a single case of ill intent or wrongdoing.

That a small number of each have seen things like child molestation or been used as weapons depots for terrorist organizations or anything else is meaningless to how the overall "sect" deals with such cases.

Why would "The Catholic Church" choose to reassign a "diddler" to a different hole in the wall garbage parish in some non-extradition nation, with no funding, no support, to die in a mud hut, rather than simply allow the legal system AND media have it's way?

Well, all totaled out, just between the Abrahamic religions, you have in excess of over 3 billion people and a million places of worship represented. Yet people get incredibly, irrationally upset over things like child molestation. So, have a child molested in a church in Ohio, you might see 10 churches burned. If the media storm is large enough, you may see churches burned all over the world. Hell, add in a few shootings, or burned with congregation inside. It has happened before, likewise with mosques and synagogues. So, what's the point of "sweeping it under the rug"? To inflict a penalty while at the same time saving the rest of the religion and it's billion+ followers from the backlash of the actions of one shithead.

You say you're just shitposting, but you're actively insulting the core principles and beliefs of over a billion people by claiming this shit is "accepted". And you, a famous #NotAllMuslims type? Not at all. In a general sense, I like to point out when people are being incredibly inconsistent and unprincipled. Your posts are riddled through it. You do not appear to have any ingrained sense of morality whatsoever.

Whatever is politically expedient for whatever opinion you are attempting to push is the only thing that matters. It's typical sociopathic behavior usually credited to Boomers. The generation that was given everything by their parents, then exploited their children for more, and are now demanding more and more concessions to try to make them live longer/forever.

You strike me as kind of like them. I remember when Boomers were against single payer healthcare because, "Why should I pay for you? Keep your insurance plan from when young to old, and you're protected against being dropped if you develop an illness. System fails if people don't buy in until they're sick!" has now turned to, "I want to pay less, so every 18 year old should be required to pay more than I did when I had no insurance!" When they told jokes, they used racial slurs nonstop, because "A joke is a joke, and we have a right to freedom of speech", common thing to grow up to, from my generation. Last 15 years or so, suddenly even calling someone a "redneck" is "racist" because "omg might offend a Latino, and words are violence!" "People can worship what and where they choose. As long as they don't impose themselves upon me, we're good." turned into, "Nobody who is of any religion except maybe Islam (because racist!) should ever be able to run for political office, be part of the police, or any kind of government employee, I don't want to risk them making policies based on religion!"

It's an interesting switch though, in all honesty, how you'll go full out on bulk insulting anything that's not identical to you for hours, then randomly claim, "Oh, I was just shitposting." once you're called on it. Been watching it for years. Very boomeresque. My question is, they actively benefit, with their early retirements and the young pay for all their shit when they didn't pay for their parents.
