How many Israeli children were killed today by Hamas rockets? This week? This year?

what do they teach you in kindergarten/school?
you never heard of the ottoman empire?
or any of the other states/countries which existed there or had control over the area?
those were not jewish states
and while jews lived there all the time
they were only a (small) minority for well over thousand years

Are you implying that an Israeli reaction to having rockets launched into population centers and at their nuclear power plant is unwarranted?

...the Jews were cast out of their land and dispersed to the four corners of the globe . They are now returning to what is rightfully theirs and will not be dispersed again ...deal with it .

you really need to read a little more history it seems
just one example is the "kingdom of jerusalem" and the various baronies/counties being part of it
note: i do have a few coins from there and there is not a single hebrew character on them

....check the historical record . When the Jews are in Israel it thrives , when they are absent it reverts to a desert wasteland .
