proof, zero.

some random "verified" account announced a rumor, market rallied because idiots all wanna get on the rocket ride. literally 15 mins later trump white house announced there were zero truth to the rumors, and the markets tanked. the entire pump and dump event happened in like a half hour total. it was a 3 TRILLION dollar move lol, people are just thirsty for good news so they ran to buy like 4 year olds in a soccer game all jumping on the ball.

Uhh.. That was the same offer 6 years ago that Trump turned down I'm fairly certain. Pretty sure that's been on the table since Obama and trump took a dump on it last term.

Again, could be mistaken. I worked a absurde amount I think his first term so my memories shot from that period. But I'm fairly certain.

BRUSSELS, April 7 (Reuters) - The European Commission proposed counter-tariffs of 25% on a range of U.S. goods on Monday in response to President Donald Trump's tariffs on steel and aluminium, a document seen by Reuters showed.
The tariffs on some goods will come into effect May 16 and others later in the year, on December 1, the document said. The goods are wide-ranging and include diamonds, dental floss, sausages, nuts and soybeans.
