2. Don't put much stock in what some say on here. Plenty here can't even form a coherent argument on why they support or oppose something.

With you and a few others it's more about the arrogance to ignorance ratio than it is about not knowing stuff in my opinion

If you don't know what's happening at even the most basic level, i.e. knowing about a blockade that's over a decade old, then don't offer your opinion in a place specifically dedicated to discussing subjects along that topic.

If you just didn't have a detail that came out even within the last year we probably wouldn't fault you for it, but you literally don't know even the most basic aspects of the situation you were trying to engage in.

I mean I didn't call you dumb... I implied your prose is of a quality far below that which I would expect from someone who has a university level education in the language of said prose.

But now you mention it - the Israeli/Palestine conflict is not something new. It's older than all of us except maybe Ghot. It's kinda laughable that someone who regularly posts on a political subforum could be utterly oblivious to one of, if not the, most talked about geopolitical conflicts in the world.

But there are dumber people than you that post here... Worse people too. Though I wouldn't take that as a compliment. The bar is extremely low.
