NEW YORK (Reuters) - Several U.S. states sued the Trump administration on Wednesday, seeking to undo its recent decision to relax standards for restricting sodium content and requiring whole grains in school breakfasts and lunches.

In a complaint filed in Manhattan federal court, the states accused the U.S. Department of Agriculture of acting in an “arbitrary and capricious” manner in easing rules championed by former first lady Michelle Obama to make school lunches healthier.

The lawsuit was filed by New York, California, Illinois, Minnesota, New Mexico, Vermont and the District of Columbia.

The Agriculture Department did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

I think someone should sue the left for being idiots. "Relaxing the rules" does NOT mean that the relaxed rules are binding.
The left/Dems are just wasting more tax payer money and court time. :/

This idiot saved my wife and I over $2k on our taxes. We only seem to owe a couple hundred dollars when it was been a couple thousand the year before and we are earning $40k more for the year between us.

I thought so and I was very incorrect and glad to be so.

I do not believe to have ever claimed to be infallible my friend

I have pretty good judgment but I make mistakes and am wrong sometimes.

Hate is a strong word. He is preferable to every single other Republican who was in the primary.

I'm disappointed because people wanted someone to challenge the Washington Consensus and Trump promised to Drain the Swamp. Bernie Sanders was the person at that time to could challenge the Washington Consensus in a meaningful way. I think he will be too old after Trump's second term to be considered though. And Trump is doing better than anticipated; he has had accomplishments.
