She also used campaign funds for travel to Boston and Estonia, $6000 in all


so she not only engaged in student loan / immigration fraud by manufacturing a hoax marriage to her brother, and then conspired to cover it up and hide it, but the fixer she paid to sort out the marriage documentation was paid from campaign funds
