Are we saying they mismanaged the situation between 2005 and 2007? Post-2007, I'm not what you're supposed to do when a majority of Gazans elect a militant party, dedicated to Israeli genocide, to rule them.

At this point Gaza needs to be formally occupied until such a time as Gazans become capable of self-government.
