That being said, this is some 5D legal chicanery, here. The only time previous volunteer time should even be considered is as a consideration of character during sentencing, and CERTAINLY not as time served. Agree that it's some serious BS, there. It's basically creating a retroactive sentencing, with the sentence being retroactive to the commission of the actual crime.

I see a lot of these anonymous and usually spurious claims being made by journalists on the right for clickbait value just like the MSM does it on the left, so I usually just ignore it. There will be some conservative who says they have connected dots to claim so and so did this or that, and I just see it and ignore it because its probably baloney.
But Rand Paul is a senator and actually accountable for what he says, and has access to those real high-level sources. So if he's alleging that Brennan is behind the decision to use the Steele Dossier, he's probably right


I'm not sure how anyone can read the anti-Trump diatribes and insanity of the likes of Strzok, Page, Brennan, McCabe, Comey, etc and pretend that this investigation was started professionally, apolitically and in good faith

wouldn’t be surprised that spiteful angry little troll did so. he’s now claiming he “maybe got bad info” as his ‘defense’
