There's likely people in the jury who are 100% not paying attention to the case and would vote guilty on all counts no matter what. Because Kyle has light skin and guns are spooky. They're the types of people (leftists) who are viscous and hopelessly biased, I really wonder what it's going to take for the rest of the country to wise up to this and realize that these animals are never going to be reasonable and fair and to fight back in the war being wrought upon them

This is today's livestream from the panel of lawyers. Note: Right now, Jeremy (thequartering@youtube) is on the panel. He is NOT an attorney. He is from Wisconsin and lives 20 miles away from Kenosha. He is only there for a more local perspective. I was highly skeptical of him being included in the stream, but cannot fault the reasoning there, since nobody else is local to the area.

This is the evidence that was not allowed that the prosecution wanted, that they then directly referred to and were completely dressed down for.

Effectively, Kyle and... I believe Dominick Black? Were filming looting, burning, assault, and murder occurring in prior days. They were in a closed vehicle. Kyle allegedly stated that he wished he had his AR so he could shoot these looters.

The State attempted to claim he was "threatening" someone in this video. That's not a threat. It's a private conversation, never acted upon, between friends.

Crunkt is an idiot, is the boil-down of that post. Contextually, compare that video to a pedo chasing down, knocking down, and attempting to take the self-defense rifle of a 17 year old and getting shot. Compare it to that 17 year old having concrete thrown at his head, being hit in the head multiple times by a skateboard, being kicked and punched in the head, and having a gun pointed at his head, and using his rifle to defend his very life. It's unrelated, unactionable material, and there was a reason the judge ruled against it's introduction into evidence.
