If you ask me, abortion being illegal in many states is the main reason for the recent Democratic resurgence in the polls, rather than Biden. It's unusual for the party that's out of power to notch such a major victory on a key priority.
Unemployment was at similar levels under Trump before covid hit, except that we back then saw the most significant real wage gains in a generation while we currently have 8-ish percent inflation and real wage decline in spite of the tight labor market.

I really don't understand how you haven't heard of the infrastructure bill, COVID stimulus checks, etc. but those were pretty explicit campaign promises. IMO, the biggest fulfillment is getting rid of the law that prevents Medicare for negotiating drug prices. That will save the government billions and I'm glad to finally see someone more fiscally conservative in the WH.
