well it's what your colleague plaguefear claims. He's also wrong about her being the "Team leader.. so pretty much everything." as there were multiple teams, and the project itself was run by someone else.
The issue comes with people overplaying her doing "pretty much everything". She did great work, just not everything and shouldn't be known as doing "pretty much everything"
