It is. This brilliant individual Richard Barrett really took Maslow's work and ran with it in a lot of directions, applying it to organizations, teams, individuals, families, and articulated the steps in pretty specific terms, through extensive research within his foundation. It is awesome knowledge building. He pretty much says that Maslow was a genius way before his time who died too young.
Maslow's Hierarchy is pretty important to me too.
Guy is a civil engineer with specialization in highway and transportation engineering...and he does amazing philosophy in value theory and psychology

Probably a polymath.
