It’s also funny to me that the right does nothing to help the LGBTQ community and in fact implements policy that accomplishes exactly what Islamic fundamentalists call for... and then they try to call out Islamic fundamentalists for doing exactly what they do. That’s where the true hypocrisy and irreconcilable stances lie.

Leftists are supportive of muslim immigration, i.e. the muslim share of the population increasing. At least in europe, almost all leftist parties are calling for policies which directly foster large-scale muslim immigration. Moreover, the leftists are the biggest supporters of multiculturalism, it is the leftists which advocate for as little pressure on muslim immigrants to assimilate into our culture as possible.
They do this in spite of overwhelming evidence for muslims being a lot more opposed to LGBTQ rights than the native populations. Of course it is an inconsistency, if not a hypocrisy, to advocate for LGBTQ rights while at the same time wanting to bring enemies of LGBTQ rights into the country and defending them against pressure to change.
