Republicans proposed a bipartisan subcommittee to hear testimony from Justin Fairfax's two accusers. The democrats refused and penned a statement saying they do not want any congressional investigation of any kind because its an election year and it would be politicized. Now republicans are going solo and scheduling hearings for the two accusers without the democrats on board. So much for investigations when the shoe is on the other foot

surprise surprise. It turns out the man who fired on the sheriff's deputy in that video from yesterday was an illegal alien who had been deported three times, but the california "sanctuary city" refused to cooperate with the detainer requests against him.


A pretty familiar tune. At least this time there was a fortunate ending and the alien lost his gunfight despite having the drop on her.
