2. Whites have better aim, and when they commit a mass shooting, most of the victims are fatalities. The average black mass shooting is like 5-15 people shot, mostly just injuries and maybe 1 or 2 dead max. This is ignoring the fact that most of these shootings are usually Fed ops, with Las Vegas and Sandy Hook being the most obvious examples of serious shadyness.
While true, the sampling is also so small that you can't draw meaningful conclusions from it.
