Nobody is "curing" covid. Covid "goes away" in regions where the powers that be has determined that enough white people have been vaccinated. I don't have the data but I would bet my savings that if you look at places where covid restrictions are easing, the vaccination rate is always very high.

Trump would've been able to bring parties to the table before war starts
Trump wouldn't "cure covid" because it's the common cold and you can't cure it, it's endemic.
Trump's economy was excellent and wouldn't need "reorganizing."

So you're right, Trump wouldn't be in Biden's position of causing, then pretending to fix, most of the world's problems.
