most certainly, but like i said, she was a heavily flawed candidate who made many crucial mistakes. it's really not particularly relevant how exactly we label her defeat though, the important distinction is that she still conceded the moment it was clear she lost, while trump is riling up his base (there's no way he or his legal team genuinely believe they can actually overturn the result with baseless allegations) and using the time until biden's inauguation to do as much damage to the nation as possible. for that reason i think it is absolutely legitimate to poke fun of him - even with a meme depicting someone who previously lost to him, which was your original objection.

It's been really obvious that all you have to do to get on Trump's good side is complement him and tell him he's the best.
