I don't consider it an impeachment if it was unconstitutional to begin with was my thought process.

do you even understand the irony of bringing up the constitution only to disagree with the constitution about what "impeachment" is?

the constitution, not you or anyone else, defines what impeachment is.

now, what part exactly was unconstitutional? and please post the actual passage from the constitution you think was violated.

The constitution is so vague that every President who ever graced the oval office should be impeached.

so when you said "unconstitutional" you really meant "violating what i think the constitution should be, for an impeachment as i think it should be".

and not the actual constitution.

i have to ask, why do you keep using words that arent even close to factually correct? why not just say "i dont like this, but have zero facts to back up my opinion"?

edit: isnt that the presidential seal in your ava? boy, you're a literal fountain of irony.

A primer, for those just joining us:

Quote (thesnipa)
1. mistake a word's meaning
2. call you the ignorant one who needs to read better
3. ignore a perfectly valid laid out post showing their wrong
4. tell you to read better, again
5. post a source disproving themselves
6. double down 1 last time
7. leave in anger and act like they had something to do

"High crimes and misdemeanors"

The way Washington would see it is Old Nancy Drew and her band of crony thugs attempted to interfere with the 2020 Presidential election by using the impeachment process. Washington would consider this freakshow an attempt to prevent themselves from losing the election — treason. The only question going through his mind would be where to hang them as Christmas décor.

Exactly, what the house does is pretty much nothing.

Essentially a grand jury rendering an indictment. This is "doing nothing?" You know what grand juries do, right? Decide that enough evidence of a crime exists that it should be investigated at trial.

basically "the constitution is so vague, unless there's a statute and penalty i want to reference (incorrectly)"

u still havent said u were wrong and had to be walked step by step through simple legal matters. i believe in you tho. and will think more, not less, if u eat crow.

Lol? That's not what a Jury does. A jury doesn't decide whether or not a criminal should be charged with a crime. (That's what the police do) Rather, A jury impartially evaluates the evidence presented in a court of law. The key word here is impartial.

grand jury =/= jury
