Yes, the jury will wait for the evidence presented at trial. But it shouldn't be difficult to agree, informally, that if she confesses under oath then the jury will probably find her guilty.

When it's convenient you "wait for the facts". When it's not convenient "we can't trust they will have a fair day in court!"

Yes we all know she shot him. In this instance I mean confessed to shooting him without reason, or even acceptable reason.
Seriously, we are now going to spend the next hour going over the meanings of words and phrases that we all agreed to 20 time already in this topic.
