there were a lot of these. maybe not so brazen as +17% but there were quite a few +10%+, most in states we wont know the result for weeks it ended up being so close.

Biden on pace to gain a net + of 6800 out of the final 22K if he averages 65% like he has, winning the state by about 3K votes. :o

Interesting.

The total number of outstanding votes to be counted went down by 7k but no other numbers changed.

Still on pace to win by about 1K votes which is crazy small

Can you define "Block Trend" for clarification? Is that the trend for precincts/counties which have outstanding ballots, or just the overall trend for mail ballots in general for the state?
