I'm down to put 100fg vs that he isn't found guilty on any of the murder/homicide stuff

The gun charge is off the table already.

I will take that bet same applies here.

Guilty of anything I win.

Not guilty on all charges or mistrial with prejudice you win.

Hung jury or any kind of retrial bet is off

Okay?

trigger happy teen is guilty on all charges. This deliberation should have been only 30 minutes.

I'm going to tell you what I tell everyone else: Short deliberation = guilty and/or acquittal. Next day? Maybe 1 guilty on a lesser includes. No major guilty, or major acquittal. Instead, it runs down to a primarily hung jury. This is the pattern. So sentencing either ends up decent for the lesser, or the conviction is thrown out for the right to an outright retrial, or is simply thrown out on appeal, and a potential for dismissal with prejudice.

This case sucks in that it's so politically driven.

I'm of the opinion that most cases should stay local because it ultimately doesn't matter for anyone outside of the community. The Georgia one is going to be WAY more political. I think conservatives care about this case far more than liberals. Just take a look at r/conservative and basically every topic is related to this case.

Kyle is not conservative. He aided and abetted violent rioters. His stated goal was to provide aid to those rioters.

I don't give a shit about Kyle in any way on an individual basis. As an individual, he supports the people throwing molatavs at living humans to spread communism. He's every bit as evil as they are.

The fact that the rioters turned on Kyle, one of their own, and he defended his life? Also, don't much care, no matter the fact that it was a 5 time convicted pedo who started the entire chain of events. Nope, not willing to bend in the slightest, not my problem.

The issue I have? The right to self-preservation has been directly challenged. "Well, all you had to do was not exist in the area where rioters decided to riot. What'd they do? Merely light some fires, throw some molatavs? Pfft! Rough Tuesday!"

Let's be clear what "Conservatives" are fighting for. It's not Kyle, understand?

Which is why conservatives care so much about the case...isn't that obvious to most people?

Given that I actually watch Rachael Maddow, Joy Reid, etc.? No, I don't believe it's obvious to all audiences.

Edit: Note, based on the evidence and testimony, I think much less harshly today about Kyle than I did at the beginning.

He still supported violent rioters though. I just can't get past this fact. It's the primary reason I won't naysay people who stick with facts while stating he's guilty of criminal conduct.

Why are you poisoning your mind with such garbage? MSLSD is for liberals who think they are smart. No intelligent person gets their news from entertainment shows because it's one of the slowest ways of obtaining information. A person could read several articles in the time it takes Rachel Madcow to do a segment.
