At least in Spain, Uber and Cabify are much cheaper and faster than taxis, while also offering you a much friendlier service, with the price already fixed the moment you make your order through the app. Cabify also offers you water and lets you chose whatever music you want.

If you pick a taxi, it's not unlikely that your cab will arrive late, smelling like tobacco and driven by a rude dude that tries to take you through the longest path possible and will give you a mean look if you don't tip him.

This monopoly has led to a crap service, and the competition these new companies are bringing are vastly improving things.

There was a big scandal a few years ago about some Muslim schools in England being allowed autonomy to the extent where they hardly taught any of the national curriculum. In addition to this, backward societal views and religious dogma is being preached there, which helps fuel extremist sentiments. It's a disgrace really.

We even have boys and girls completely separated at some schools here, fueling extreme sexist Jews...

It's time to slowly kick religion out of education. Just need to convince a few Christian legislators
