The way I understand that pic is that the US is gonna lose in the long run if we can't work together towards some end. All that fighting among ourselves will accomplish is to make it much easier for other nationalities to infiltrate and destroy us.

I just found the pic with the wording it had. But to me it seems pretty obvious as to the meaning. Hell, even the democrats are fighting tooth and nail amongst themselves. And they are just a microcosm of what's happening all over the US.

The west is pitted against itself and Islam is united in it's single minded determination.

A central tenet of islam is destroying other cultures, which is incompatible with the current constitution. Only the most modern forms of practiced islam are even remotely acceptable.

The fundamental problem with Islam is that it is not just a religion, it is also a totalitarian ideology with an unmitigated social and political claim to power. For muslims to be compatible with western society, to be integrated and a positive presence for their host nation, they would need to live their life in direct conflict with the teachings of their religion. Only secularized muslims are integrable into western societies. But unfortunately, the Islam is also the religion which has proven most resistant to modern secularization tendencies.

This causes a huge problem for our western societies: allowing orthodox muslims into our countries is self-destructive, separating the integrable applicants from the hopeless cases before they even enter our countries is impossible in practice, and cutting off muslim immigration entirely would go against core values of our liberal democracies.

Leftists and the greedy Chamber-of-Commerce-type of conservatives dont want option three, they want muslim immigration, out of ideological reasons in case of the leftists and out of a desire for cheap labor and/or tax payer funded consumers in case of the chamber of commerce conservatives. Both groups bury their heads in the sand and deny the problem's sheer existence, just so they dont have to face the aforementioned tough choice.

Have you ever met a western Muslim?
I know dozens and they have integrated just fine..

Every day, in my neighborhood, in the subway, at work, in the shopping mall, everywhere. In my city of 1.5m, there were about 100k muslims before the big refugee wave from 2015 onwards, nowadays, the number is probably at least 150k.

I have coworkers and friends who are muslims, so I know that there are positive examples - but they are, without exception, secularized and either outright areligious, or really perform their religion as just that: a religion.
But I also see, hear and experience the negative examples each and every day. When I step out of my door, in other corners of my town and elsewhere in my country. I can read the reports about failed integration of muslims in the newpaper every single day. I wish there would be a day without a negative incident involving muslims...

No, they don't demonstrate in the streets or make a ruckus. In fact, most of them just mind their own business. But, they love to build gaudy mosques, vote their religious interests into local power, and look down on others who don't subscribe to their beliefs. Surprise-surprise, they're like most other organized religions. But for some reason it's Islamophobic to make that observation lol.

Sounds like a problem of failing to assimilate the new arrivals.
