Hung Jury
Conviction on all counts
Conviction on some counts
Innocent on all counts
JNOV mistrial without prejudice
JNOV mistrial with prejudice

You'd also have to wait for the judge to rule on the motion to dismiss, which might come a week or two after the jury verdict

As stated above mistrial with prejudice counts as win for you as well. Mistrial without prejudice or hung jury nullifies bet.
