This is nonsense.
You not liking it and him being portrayed next to other despicable people are not the qualifications for a strawman.

Or you don't understand what the hell you are talking about and can't make an intelligent argument to back it up.
Either one.

The slaves were taken against their will and forced to work.
The people in third world countries voluntarily flock to work in shops for a better life.

Only a Grade-A idiot would compare a sitting American senator to those mass murders.

Honestly, there is no intelligent argument that would appeal to an ideological libertarian. Ideology is what ruins countries. It requires some ridiculous superstition to believe an individual with freedom can surpass any external obstacles by just wanting to be so good and putting in that hard work. That ideology is used to whip those in in the lowest socioeconomic classes into working for that little extra change they can get. It allows for capitalizing on social despair and opens doors for exploits.

When a libertarian gets called out on that, i'll just get a decorated variant of "God The free market knows better". I always notice how analogous my posting is when responding both to religious views and libertarian views.

Or someone who understands that loose comparisons are humorous. But its understandable because the internet population sees any comparison as an equal sign.

Okay, only a Grade-A idiot would compare the two in any seriousness.

Another whimpering marxist upset with someone pointing out that its dangerous resorting to insults as the totality of their argument... sigh..
Turning The United States of America into a socialist anti-economic dystopia is assuredly very dangerous and impoverishing, as it was when the others attempted it.
While Bernie is (not yet) advocating death on such a scale, comparing them or grouping them in any capacity is not inherently idiotic.

As snipa was pointing out a comparison is not an equals sign.

This is more bullshit. You avoid intelligent discussion at all costs and then libel libertarians by pretending they are the ones opposed to intelligent arguments.. ridiculous.

Except when they're not particularly smart. Then it's basically a "Bernie is a dirty communist! Ha ha ha! Did you get it? A communist!"

I get what it's saying, but it's just making excuses. Oh, this isn't a legitimate comparison because warlords sprang up! No shit, that's what happens if you remove police from society. You don't get a fanciful world where people hire private security. You get lawlessness and clan mentality. This extends to pretty much every other facet of "free market" ideology. markets are great, but they're not perfect. Industry is great, but without reigning in externalities the results are shitty.

Cool. You get to make this comparison if you also don't complain when I compare Ron Paul to Hitler because they were both nationalistic which has the potential to cause a holocaust.
