The wall in the way Trump spent years selling it is not the best use of limited resources and since conservatives are feelings over facts on this issue and want to sacrifice the better uses of funds and the better methods of addressing the root of the problem maybe they are the ones that are truly in support of undocumented immigration and the financial benefit that comes from it?

The democrats didnt oppose the wall. They obstructed any form of border security and ICE support. Your argument falls apart.
