It's not an inaccurate statement. In reality he could be impeached without a crime. There are different interpretations as to what behavior is impeachable and more than one of those interpretations could lead to him being impeached in theory

People have been trying to dig up stuff on Trump for years. People are trying to find stuff on him every minute of the day. They really haven't found anything substantial, or at least that I'm aware of.

The fact that the whole "grab her by the" was ever made public and then deemed famous and seen with outrage is proof how dumb this culture is at times and desperate for drama. Guy was having a private conversation with a friend on a bus. Literally everyone has said something in private that wouldn't look good shared publicly.

Yea, he suggested that someone else lie to the FBI. It was an attempt to sway public opinion foremost, no underlying crime was hidden. The FBI is following the law per se, but they are also making it look more and more like a witch hunt. I'm expecting that when the investigation ends in 2028, there will be a bevy of pardons handed out by president Ben Shapiro.
