Similarly, what about all the huge mansions and luxury villas of these super-rich? If they all want to sell them off at the same time, they will suffer huge losses. If the assets remain in the US, they can be taxed, at least that's my understanding.

Corporations already dodge taxes with loopholes like inversions, trying to go after their wealth would just compound the incentive
but I'm pretty sure that in any such scenario the US economy has already completely collapsed and we're wailing and gnashing our teeth in the streets as we gnaw upon the festering corpses to lick the last remnants of marrow out of their bones.
