Imho, he's not significantly more dishonest than previous presidents, it's just that he's not a career politician and thus lacks the lifelong practice in lying. He's more blunt with his lies than what we're used to from the president, and that's all there really is to it.

He does the similar "i wasn't specific enough for it to be called a lie" that most politicians do as well as the more blatant fabrications. Hes just graded on a curve, and people tend to not focus on his "not specific enough" dishonesty because the blatant shit is staring them in the face.

He's significantly worse on smaller things more often (literally all day long) because of his psychological deficiencies

The bigger things get leaked more partly because of the current environment and modern technology but also because mr swamp drainer surrounds himself with fellow alligators

Obama was wrong. Being wrong is different than lying I think. I know you wanted to include him..but he wasn't really a liar, just made mistakes. He was good at owning them too.
