That's why I don't believe those meeting are productive. Punishing a group of people for one person's problem is not effective. The person with the problem has not been corrected.
I think personal accountability would be more effective. Just punish the person who is the problem. A bigot loses their job, and the rest of the workplace carries on more efficiently.

Grow up bud. Adults don't really care about this stuff. We do the mandatory two meetings a year and then continue doing our important work while maybe being less of a dick. You've wasted orders of magnitude greater amounts of time obsessing over it than they've wasted by having you go to two meetings.
