They have the biggest poppies field in the world and the most oil in the world. There will always be fight over those resources like there always be invaders controlling Congo and those places for their diamond and other minerals+resources.

You have the main idea but need to think bout the bigger picture.

One really have to be dumb as fuck to accept all that and just so happen people are and they accepted it "YEAH BUT CLIMATEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE CHANGE" not understanding our leaders spent 100 years worth of $ they can't afford while massively printing money to bring that "Stupid Green Project" alive on top of wars abroad plus all the issues that cost us huge $ (BLM riots reparation for example).
