Einstein demonstrated photon transitions are quantum.
DeBroglie first proposed the relationship between wavelength and mass.
Bohr first proposed energy quanta in the form of electron orbitals.
Schrodinger did.... basically everything important. Honestly he's most likely to be father of quantum mechanics.
Then maybe Heisenberg.
