Tbh, he has delivered more for evangelicals, which were initially very reluctant to support him, than he has for his actual base of working-class populists. The Federalist Society has probably been the most functional and efficient "part" of the Trump administration...
The Federalist society has been laying the groundworks for this for decades, and they had a Senate that was more than willing to rubber stamp candidates through. From Trump's perspective, this was just a trade-off necessary to gain conservative support.
By contrast, no one has really made a concerted attempt to help the working class. Tariffs and trade policy are one small part of that, but Trump left to his own devices was just not going to cut it.
