I think we're all going to need a citation.
Michael Kohen attempted to get in contact with Putin throughout the campaign attempting to solicit business favors to build a tower in Moscow at the direction of Trump, but emailed the wrong person.
Dmitry Klokov offered assistance to Trump's campaign, but Michael Kohen again thought it was a Russian bodybuilder, not an agent for the Russian government, and so dismissed the email. Mueller said in his report he still believed he was talking to a bodybuilder.
Additionally the report highlighted ten people who refused to carry out orders specifically to work with Russia, or to stymie the investigation into his dealings with Russia. In one case he ordered somebody else to tell Sessions to cut the scope of the Russia investigation and that was ignored.
Honestly the Mueller report paints a pretty unambiguous picture of Trump wanting to work with Russia and wanting to obstruct the investigation, but being too incompetent to make sure any of it actually got done.
