Funny how the GOP got so against the debt on the exact day Obama was inaugurated

One of the great coincidences in American history, right up there with Adams and Jefferson dying on the same day, and up there with Sacajawea's long lost brother leading the tribe that was about to kill the Corps of Discovery when they were at their weakest.

I moreso got the feeling that it was saying "hey you're being unsafe" "I can kill you for resisting safety"
or something, unrelated to property...

It seems to be running on the assumption that people can be arrested for not paring traffic tickets, though. As someone who has payed traffic tickets late I can tell you this is false.

has more to do with not being their party, so its no longer overlookable, then him being black, much like how big O has gotten away with being GWB 2.0.

It takes a racist country to elect the first black President, twice.

Primitive societies had no concept of rights.  You haven't the slightest idea about the philosophy underpinning your movement, nor do you probably thing it is important.

Rights were new creations of the Enlightenment.

Without the state there is no such things as rights.  There are no rights in a state of nature.  You have no right to property because me or somebody else will just take it from you and that will just be it.

Lol, primitive societies having rights....is that in the newsletter too?

The government does all those terrible things on your behalf to maintain your coercively established high quality of living.  You could at least be appreciative.

So before the enlightenment you are telling me no one owned anything and no one thought it was wrong to steal from others?
There also ARE several instances of property rights being observed in relatively primitive cultures or places where no overbearing coercive government is in control, such as native american tribes, the "wild" west, etc
The ~1500s+ are also pretty damn primitive compared to now.

Your rejection of rights is an interesting opinion. Unfortunately it seems to put you in the Nazi sympathizer camp.

Btw you are creating a false dichotomy. Its quite possible to have property rights without overbearing police state measures.
Even in the absence of government people would want their property and rights protected and would voluntarily employ means to do just that.
There is plenty of room for me to be critical of unsavory police practices without forfeiting property rights.

Atwater v. Lago Vista, 532 U.S. 318 (2001), was a United States Supreme Court decision which held that a person's Fourth Amendment rights are not violated when the subject is arrested for driving without a seatbelt. The court ruled that such an arrest for a misdemeanor that is punishable only by a fine does not constitute an unreasonable seizure under the Fourth Amendment.

As to getting arrested for the unpaid tickets themselves, a judge can issue a bench warrant and have you arrested if you fail to show up.
Other laws pertaining to arrests for unpaid tickets varies by state.
