Yeah well sorry, but you can actually read that quote in the truth contest :)
Anyway, maybe one day you will understand what matters is the message.
Oh, I am still waiting for a better explanation of the truth of life and death, I'd like it better than free bumps, but feel free to keep this thread on top.

No, you're not. I gave you one, and you dismissed it without reason.

Hello,

If you are a truth seeker, you will like this book : The Present (with religion) http://www.truthcontest.com/entries/the-present-with-religion/

I can't explain it better than the autor so I'll quote him :

If you do not like religions, there is a version of this book without any reference to religion : http://www.truthcontest.com/entries/the-present-universal-truth/

I do not want to debate about truth, this is not the purpose of this thread... There is actually nothing to debate about (2+2=4 no matter what you think), the purpose of this thread is to share truthful things I found (or you found).
So, on this thread I will mostly post quotes from The Present (with or without religion), or interresting (truthful) music/videos/quotes (from other sources) that I find.
If you also have some truthful things to share, it is open of course.

Just to be clear, the question is not do I (Eti_fr), or the autor of The Present know the truth.
The question is do YOU know the truth ?
If you do, I do not have anything to learn to you, because that would mean you are more aware of the truth/life than me (I do not know the truth).
If you do not, do YOU want to know the truth, to face reality ?
If you do, I know you will like those books I linked you.
If you do not --> ok, it is not a big deal, most human beings do not want to face reality yet, I do not judge anyone... Just try to keep this thread clean so I do not have to repost again and again (I will).

I will not debate about the result of 2+2 in this thread, you are free to open your own thread (and pm me link) if you want, I will be happy to answer your question there.
Anything that is not a constructive post to help people learn the truth will be considered as free bump, I will not answer these posts anymore on this thread.
If you have any question, pm me, I always make sure I have room in my pm box... and answer as soon as I have time.

The purpose of this thread is to help people to get up, stand up and unite... and fight the lies and illusions with truth as weapon... nothing more.

Just to be clear, the truth contest (where I found these books) is not a religion.
I post in Political And Religious Discussion, because The Present (with religion) explains how religions are currently divided and each religion interpret his holy book in a bad way, and it proposes an interpretation that could unite religions... and whole mankind.
You may ask yourself why I post this here if it is not subject to debate ?
Well as I said it is open, if you have anything that could help me and any truth seeker to learn new things about truth/life/the present you are more than welcome to post here.

by saying no one has put science and religion together is 100% false. saying no one is implying no human being has done that. I have put religion and science together and it makes sense.

Which doesn't work considering there is no possibility that science can be in religion. But go ahead with your thought process

Of course it can. It's super duper easy, in fact. Intelligent design and all that jazz.

ID is religious, of course, but it's clearly got a fair bit of science in it.

I didn't mean applying religion to science

I mean't applying science to religion

There is not a single possibility there is science in Christianity. For the sole reason that people back then had no clue.
Modern science exists primarily in the last 250 years. Give or take some.

Scripture was written over 2 millenia ago.

How can there possibly be science in Christianity.

Now. I have so many issues with intelligent design that it warrants its own thread.

How about Islam? There are several nifty passages in the Koran that talk about biology in ways that technology of the time could never predict. Especially the one about babies.

I honestly barely know a thing about the Koran and it's teachings outside of a few readings of certain passages.

I've read the entire bible.

I've spent maybe 30 hours of time with the Koran

I don't know the passages offhand, and most of the ones they claim to be sciencey are bullshit, but there is one spectacular passage about gestation.
