Now answer the second part about how I have never seen a penis in a bathroom besides my own.
The core of my first argument is that because access is so easy for children and is GOING to happen some time at a very young age the fact that they might happen to see it in a bathroom is a non-issue. Unless you are also advocating for laws restricting all sex exposure for children unisex bathrooms are a non issue. Your argument is closer to eliminating knifes from kitchens because they will teach violence but still allowing violence on television to go unabated.
What is your question or statement? You're talking in circles, and none of that made any relevant sense to the issue of taking and making logical steps to protecting children from sexual predators. Sex education is irrelevant, this isn't (only) about seeing or not seeing a penis or vagina (some ultra-conservative people will cite that as a reason; I am not).
They already have "family" bathrooms, and these are fine, because you don't send your kid in alone, and usually it's just a single room anyway, with a locking door.
Beyond this, I think the point is pretty simple, you're not going to be able to convince all (or probably a majority of) people to all share a common bathroom. All stories so far about current unisex bathrooms indicate they are almost completely unused. What does that tell you? Why aren't people using them in college dorms, if they're such a great idea?
