Idk I just don't think it was warranted to go to Iraq nor do I think these investigations presented anything connecting Saddam/Iraq to 9/11 in a sufficient manner to invade and take over Iraq and raze it.

there was obvious lies about iraq but, it needed to be done why do you support keeping in power a man who uses chemical weapons on his own people? and its obvious terriorst groups were working inside of iraq, may not have been working with the established government but they were still there

There was absolutely zero connection between Saddam and 9/11.  We went there because Bush is crazy and thought that he was fighting demons.

True story!  I just linked this earlier, but I swear I Am Not Making This Up.

Lolz, this is why we have to question our government and find out the real intent behind our actions.

We only made Iraq worse. Plus Bush had to finish what his dad started, he sure did and we're still paying for it today.

this could be the case in a few remote villages but in modernize industrial cities this holds no value where most muslims live

Most of the taliban hide in small remote villages.. because a lot of those are not strictly controlled by troops. Fear is their only motivation for allowing the taliban to stay in their homes. You have to understand that their idea of an 'extremist' is very different from yours. Someone who is very strict to the quran is in the middle east nothing special, this is very common. Believe me, when someone's intention is to kill innocent cilivilians and the people know it, they will obviously not accept it. -_- Would you?

Definitely. This is the main reason why I was against the war during the entire lead-up, during the WMD lies, during the deceptions from various media outlets attempting to make a weak connection between Saddam and bin Laden, etc, etc. I marched against the war and tried to educate everyone I could as to why they shouldn't support it after all, but I don't think that there was anything that anyone could have done to actually stop it once that ball started rolling.

the people allow them to exist and flourish, there isnt a huge outcry by normal muslims to distance themselves or push away the extremist, a huge number of moderate muslims sympathize with the extremist and i dont care if they are killed in this war,

Yeah I'm afraid not, maybe we'll learn and not repeat our mistakes.

That's ridiculous. According to polls it's something like 6% of them - ironically, the same number of Americans who are convinced that 9/11 was an inside job.

heres a hint, stop using drugs and stop buying into ridiculous crack pot ideas, Alex jones and people like him spew the bull shit they do for one reason only, Money the more fowlers they can get the more they get, so instead of holding a real job they can sit and make you tube videos all day and rant and pretend to play reporter and suck in the weak minded like your self, its just like glen beck

These people have been threatened by taliban all their lives, they don't know any better. They have barely any education and they simply believe whatever the religious leaders are telling them to believe. Believe it or not, just like in any other place, most of them are good people.
