It doesn’t need to be copied on a separate sheet of paper. The President IS the executive branch, he does not answer to the archivist. Even after he leaves office. Case precedent has made this VERY clear and the constitution does as well.

Democrats been crying wolf for 8 years now and not many of the allegations have proven true. The ones that have are petty when compared to the claims made. Also, some claims have been proven totally fabricated. Perhaps this indictment differs?, but a large portion of populous sees these stories as more of same pattern of cry wolf propaganda rehtoric. Sadly, this publicity only helps Trump and his election strategy. Worse, if he actually does something substantially bad, populous will not care much as they've been misled so many times. Even worse, the limited resources of gov wasted in frivolous cases.

This part is really dumb. The only reason he's being charged with anything is he didn't comply with a year of requests to return the documents.

A document that is a record of a government department is not a presidential record. Period. End of story. Trump does not have the power to change that because it's what the law explicitly says.

So if the pentagon prepares a report on attacking a country, that will never be a presidential record.

He also lied and hid documents and lots of them are still unaccounted for.

Hillary obstructed the investigation by destroying evidence. Thor is getting forgetful.

Then the Republicans that were in charge of her case should of charged her.. "whAT HillARy DiD" is boring and old.
