In the country. Total deaths so far in the US is 2,484. Total deaths in the whole world is only 34K so far.
right but 30k of those 34k deaths just came within the last like 2ish weeks.
Where as the first 3k deaths took how long?
Also the USA just started mass testing and they have no idea if the all the people who died of pneumonia had the virus.
It's the same deal in russia and a few other countries. THey had bad cases and higher cases of pneumonia this year. Those were never tested and the entire world didn't really mass test until 3 weeks ago.
It's not the deaths that worries me. It's the amount of people that will show up to the hospital and the amount of people that will get this virus. We just can't handle that shit.
If 3 million people visited california right now. WE'd have deaths just because of traffic. It's just numbers man. we can't deal with it lol.
People are worrying about deaths. You have to worry about a lot of other things too. Like how the USA will HAve to have another shut down this fall-winter. A real shut down since we failed this current one.
Also, we already have people dying from a bad "FLU" because hospitals are filled with coronavirus patients. SO where do you put that death?
This situation causes more deaths in ways that does not directly point towards covid-19 man. It's tough shit.
We have people dying from other illnesses but not tested either. Like the USA is so bad at testing it's unreal. We only took it seriously the last week lol. If we keep the numbers under 20,000 deaths in the USA. I'll be impressed. Cause we still have 16ish months to go and this only really hit us hard for 2 weeks.
