The mcmichael defense is that pointing a gun at someone is a de-escalation. You have to point the gun at someone after chasing them in order to prevent them from making any panicked, impulsive reactions.

Little dick was just pointing the gun at dr. Kyle to de-escalate. I’m sure dr. Kyle was moments away from rendering first aid to both men he self-defended if little dick hadn’t de-escalated.
