So if I'm reading Washington's new gun law right, its now illegal for an 18 year old to buy a plain ol 10/22, or for that matter even a semiautomatic .17 hmr varmint rifle with 10+ magazine if there is such a thing, but he can stroll into a gun shop and buy a 50 cal anti-Material rifle in case he needs to take down police helicopters.
