agreed, which makes me wonder why so many entitled prick celebs behave like "xXxTrumpMaga2020xXx" with a US flag avatar and private profile.

especially dumb fucks like Kathy Griffin who was nearly ran out of town by an outrage mob, ended up melting down, shaving her head, and losing all the work she had lined up. some people will piss on an electric fence 3 days a week it seems.

true she's just the most poignant and topical example. celebs like Judd "I bought my way into standup after making millions off teen comedies" Apatow telling the likes of Louis CK how material is mastered are actually worse imo.

Apatow did an interview on the Jim and Sam show where he showed he's an indoctrinated SJW cuck. The only good movie he's made in the last 5 years is "My wife rides 10 Bulls".

i think part of the fervor can be explained by continued gridlock on the shutdown. "in todays new, still no deal in sight" gets old fast. after 30 days we're all just waiting for something. the Buzzfeed report was likely spurred on by the same mentality. "Finally something new!"

you're missing the point of his post, i think. he's saying that the same people threatening kids at this high school (presumably with gun violence and/or bombs) were the same people unquestionable on the side of the Parkland Shooting kids.

aka both for and against school violence when it suits their politics.

he's not saying "give the teachers guns", he's saying "the fact that guns have been suggested for these people means that the same left wingers that were against gun violence in schools after Parkland are now threatening it".

Probably. What I meant was like : why not just ban guns ? See where it leads -> violent society. A lot of people in prison, mass murders, etc.

This coupled with education to prevent future sick dangerous people. Yeah I'm dreaming lol

I know, I know... still a lot better for Trump than if the big newspapers sent out their journalists to write stories about the misery of the struggling federal workers affected by the shutdown.

1. because you couldn't ban guns without getting all 50 states to ratify the changes to the United State's constitution (in America you can't just make changes whenever you want to certain things)
2. because we have more illegal guns in the hands of criminals than any other industrialized nation, by an order of magnitude

so legally we can't ban the guns, and logically it would only leave guns in the hands of criminals.

The only areas with illegal gun problems are areas with high amounts of gun control. The long term solution is eliminating more gun control.

I'd still like to hear what people think of my gun control solution of 'voluntary, non-coercive taxpayer subsidized gun chip program that lets you install tracking chips in your own guns with any of your choice of options, ranging from letting police identify gun owner by waving a wand over an RFID chip up to having real-time location tracking and sending alerts when its fired / letting police see it on their display scanner'. It reframes the gun control debate as instead of taking away rights from law abiding gun owners, throw money at the problem and give responsible gun owners additional safety tools that they'd want to have. Maybe in some future, a school could be automatically placed on lockdown instantly when a kid enters the building with his father's handgun in a backpack, or that father could be alerted with a warning as soon as it leaves his house, or police responding to an active shooting could know the immediate location and identity of a 'good guy with a gun' on the scene.
