I work with a lot of foreign workers now.

They often come to me and say something to the effect of "why is your government doing this? This is like, the opposite of what you need to do, and they seem proud to be doing it?"

and I have to explain how the American way is to do things half as effective for twice as long because we don't like people telling us what to do.

and then they get this look and I'm like yeah I don't like it either.

Why would you think they hate it? They think our way of doing some things is dumb, and theyre pretty much always right.

They also contribute more to our country than a sick moose stocking shelves so we should keep them around.
